Runless builds software that takes repetitive work off people. Small tools for the errands everyone has to run, and automation for the businesses those errands pile up in.

§ 01 — Divisions
For people
Small pieces of software that do one ordinary thing without asking you to learn anything first. Sending a document. Making a code. Looking something up. You arrive with an errand and leave without it.
For businesses
Companies run on people carrying information between systems that were never introduced to each other. We map the carrying, then hand it to software and AI that does it the same way every time — and says so out loud when it cannot.
§ 02 — Method
We watch the work as it is actually done, which is rarely how the process document describes it.
Anything that repeats becomes software. Anything that needs judgment stays with the person who has it.
Automation that fails quietly is worse than none. Every process reports what it did and what it refused to do.
We leave. The work keeps happening without us, and without you. That is the whole job.
§ 03 — The name
A promise, first. The people who use our software run less: fewer steps, fewer forms, fewer trips across town for a signature. The errand still happens. It just stops happening to you.
A confession, second. We would rather build a thing once than do it forever. Laziness, applied with enough discipline, turns out to be an engineering method.
§ 04 — Contact
If a task in your week has a rhythm to it, it can probably be handed over. Write to us about the task, not the technology — we will work out what it needs.
